We have three pricing plans available to our Nestify landlords, and they cater to every landlord dependant on your preferences, your property, and what your financial objectives are.
Let’s have a look at each Nestify pricing plan together to pick between Guaranteed, Adjustable or Pro:
Guaranteed Monthly Rent – A plan that is beneficial for landlords who are most focused on stable fixed returns. This is something more common with high-value homes, in more Central locations who prefer a high level of guaranteed revenue.
The Adjustable plan – Our most popular due to having your property generate rental income in line with seasonal trends. This is a fairly new and exciting way to generate on average up to 30% more income than traditional agents. As our management fee is based on how much revenue we earn for you, you can count on our team of experts to do our best to maximise your earnings.
The Pro Plan – This is our dedicated solution for companies or organisations that have large real estate portfolios for example institutions, portfolio owners, and other property asset management firms.
Can I earn higher returns without the added risk to my property?
Yes, you can!At Nestify, we have developed our own, signature process to vet each potential guest before confirming their booking. This includes our Guest Team vetting each guest before their booking, and for guests to provide us government-verified ID’s when they arrive.
